Well-kept and well-maintained venue, nothing to complain about. Efficient service with nice cooking.

The location was great, at a moderate distance from a tasteful mansion. The stuff was pleasant and amazingly nice. The room met needs, it was spotlessly clean here with good beds as well as bar.

The triple room with a comfortable bed had all necessary amenities. The location was peaceful and the staff was very amiable during the whole stay! The service was efficient, I had 3 nice nights here.

Really enjoyed Funchal, the hotel was absolutely charming and great down to the old town. The rooms were atmospheric and splendid with a TV set, a mini-bar, and a lounge area. The location was stunning and super, just 5 minutes walk from a tasteful mansion. What's more, it was just off cable car, toboggan ride, the Gin house, museums and beautiful and a river. The service offered was nice. The staff was lovely - we would come here again.

The location is particularly good, within easy walking distance of an open market. It offers adequate breakfasts and has an astonishing restaurant. The staff are super friendly and amazingly nice, managed the parking outside.

Had very enjoyable short stay in this lovely town with especially helpful staff and convenient location to pretty much everything. They offered us nice meals, had lots of options to choose from.

No complaints and I will certainly stay here again. Overall the place is fairly clean and recently refurbished, it met every demand. 20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located to centre of Funchal. The service at the terrace is nice.

The first 3 star hotel where everything was great and spotlessly clean. The morning meal was satisfactory and adequate with fresh fruit and cheese, as example.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities, like the comfortable beds and Wi-Fi connection, are all in place. The location, high up on the slopes of Funchal city, provides stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the rooms with a view of Funchal and the inclusive kitchen facilities are a convenient bonus.
